The association is not responsible for mailbox key distribution. The previous owner should give you the mailbox keys at close of escrow.

Pool Keys are handed out by AAM. Replacement Keys are charged $25.00

Visitor Parking:
Visitors may park on the street for no longer than a period of 10 hours
Assessment Due Date:
The assessment fee is Monthly. Due on the 1st and not late until the 16th.
Assessment Late Date:
The assessment is late on the 16th of the month it is due.
Assessment Late Fee:
All payments received after January 31st are subject to additional late charges of $25.00.
